Extended Care

Extended Care is available to CMCS families and is offered on an on-demand basis. You will only be billed when you access before/after care. Extended care is billed to the nearest quarter hour or part thereof, at a rate of $8.00 an hour and is invoiced by term. For example, a 3:52 pickup will be charged for 30 minutes of care, $4.00. 

Term 1: invoiced in December

Term 2: invoiced in March

Term 3: invoiced in June

Before Care: 7:40 - 8:20 am*

After Care: 3:30 - 5:00 pm

*Morning care will not sign children in for billing after 8:20 am, but runs until the start of the school day, 8:40 am. Those who arrive prior to 8:20 am will be billed until the start of the school day, as they were entrusted in our care prior to the school day. 

Procedure for Drop-off and Pick-up

1. Faculty: will record the time of arrival/departure 

2. Parent/caregiver: will initial the time recorded**

The clock in the Gym will be used to record the time. 

**Morning Care only - If your child is older and you just drop and drive for extended care in the morning, the student will initial the sheet themselves. A caregiver must sign at pick-up every time.
