Tuition and Enrollment

As a small, non-profit, independent school receiving no external funding, we must charge tuition for attendance of our programs. We strive to keep our tuition approachable and competitive to enhance access to our wonderful school for as many learners as possible. Tuition covers the day-to-day operating expenses of the school; this is augmented by the generosity of donors, with all revenue earned invested back into our special learning community.

2024/2025 Tuition Fees and Schedule 

2024/2025 Fee Schedule


Tuition is set at a fixed amount for the full school year. 


For the 2024/2025 academic year, tuition has been set at:


Elementary Programs: 

$11,500.00 for full-time attendance in the Elementary program


Casa Programs:

$10500.00 for full-time attendance in the Casa program 

$7500.00 for Casa mornings only. 

Part-Time Enrollment (Casa only)

5 full days     $1050.00 per month

4 full days     $950.00 per month

3 full days     $850.00 per month

5 half days     $750.00 per month.


A non-refundable deposit of one month’s tuition is required at the time you register your child/children.


If you choose to make monthly payments, we will require post-dated cheques made out to C.M.C.S. for the first of each month from September through May. Your deposit cheque is your June tuition.


If you pay in full by December 2024, you will receive a 3% discount.


One-Time Enrolment Fee: $300.00 (non-refundable)

 

Material and Trip Fees

Casa: $300.00 added to first-month payment (non-refundable)

Elementary Class: $500.00 added to first-month payment (non-refundable)


Withdrawal: Please note: If a child is registered for the upcoming school year and is withdrawn after May 21st,2024, the deposit will not be refunded. Also note: If a child is withdrawn during the school year, the deposit, trip and material fees will not be refunded. If the child/children are removed any day during a month, the parent/guardian will be responsible for the entire tuition of the month the child/children are removed.
